Important info: The month you sign up is not the letter you get. Letters for the month are mailed before that month starts. So expect your first letter to be the theme of the following month and mailed to you the end of the month you sign up. Trust me, it's worth the wait!

Please include your full mailing address. Your first letter will be mailed out at he end of the month that you signed up for. All letters for the month are mailed in one batch so June letters are sent the end of May, etc. Letters can take 4-6 weeks to arrive due to the non-machine stamps used for postage. Letters are not considered late or missing until after the 6 week mark. Letters are non- refundable, but if your letter has not been received by 6 weeks of them being mailed, you mail inquire about a replacement or refund for the missing letter. One refund will be allowed per calendar year.
We make letters the month before they are mailed out. This means the month you sign up gets a letter made for you for the following month. The letters are mailed out between the 28th and 2nd of the month. For example, if you sign up anywhere from June 1st-June 30th, a July letter will be made for you and mailed out between June 28th and July 2nd. Then the hand processing from the post office can take weeks to arrive. See shipment information for more details.
