WHEN DO I GET MY 1ST SNAIL MAIL CLUB LETTER?
If you sign up in June, July is your first letter. Each letter is hand prepared the month before just for you and mailed out by the end of the month.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY PAYMENT OR ADDRESS?
Log into your membership at www.mackinacredhead.com, go to "my subscriptions", and update your information there. OR if your membership is through Patreon, follow these instructions to update payment or addresses.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY LETTER TO ARRIVE?
We use non-machine stamps which means they are hand processed each step of the way and can take up to 6 weeks to arrive. Most letters arrive within 2-3 weeks. If a letter does not arrive by 6 weeks from being posted, email info@mackinacredhead.com with your account information.
WHEN DOES MY MONTHLY FEE GET CHARGED?
Your subscription will be charged the same day of the month from when you signed up.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION
If you signed up through this website, log into your membership at www.mackinacredhead.com, go to "my subscriptions", and cancel there. OR If you signed up on Patreon, follow these instructions. We can not cancel Patreon subscriptions for you.
